The Confederation of Labour Podkrepa aims at protecting the rights, dignity, professional and social interests of the confederation members by:
- guaranteeing the rights in the area of professional activity, payroll services, social conditions, technical safety and labour protection;
- protecting health, material, public and cultural interests of its members and their families;
- protecting and aligning employees’ interests with those of the employers in order for the companies to prosper with focus on employees;
- making systematic efforts to ensure a full equality between men and women when enforcing their labour rights.
